Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pawn Tiger platform and related services provided by Tiger Wireless LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, submitting a request for access, or using any part of the Pawn Tiger platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of your business. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Services

Pawn Tiger provides a SaaS platform for pawn shop and secondhand device operators, including device buyback pricing tools, platform access, and related services. Services are provided on a subscription basis as selected at checkout.

4. Account Registration

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.

5. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis as selected at the time of purchase.
A one-time setup fee applies per the plan selected at checkout and is non-refundable.
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically on the same day each month. Annual subscriptions renew automatically each year.
You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all applicable fees.
Prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice to your email on file.
Grandfathered pricing applies only to existing accounts and does not transfer to new accounts or additional locations added after a pricing change.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at [email protected].
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
Setup fees and hardware costs are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violation of these Terms without refund.

7. Hardware and Shipping

Where applicable, hardware (including receipt printers, signage, and iPad companion units) will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect address information provided by you.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the platform
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform
Use the platform to transmit spam, malware, or unauthorized data

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software associated with Pawn Tiger are the property of Tiger Wireless LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform solely for your internal business purposes.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TIGER WIRELESS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tiger Wireless LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
